The Lindeth Howe Wedding of Becca and Gareth

Hey there! I had the most incredible day capturing the summer wedding of Becca and Gareth at the breathtaking Lindeth Howe near Bowness-on-Windermere. The venue itself was like something out of a fairytale. Surrounded by the stunning Lake District landscape, Lindeth Howe provided the perfect backdrop for their fun filled wedding. It is always a joy to visit Lindeth Howe and I was very lucky to be chose by Becca and Gareth to be their photographer for the day.

For a summer wedding the weather wasn’t the best but that did not stop the photographer in me working to capture every beautiful moment and create memories that Becca and Gareth would cherish forever.

The ceremony itself was filled with so much love and emotion. Becca looked absolutely stunning in her dress, and Gareth couldn’t keep his eyes off her. As they exchanged their vows, you could feel the energy in the air, and I made sure to capture every tear, smile, and stolen glance.

After the ceremony there was plenty of time to capture all of the candid moments as well as the formal group photos. Including the groom photo bombing a group shot and me nearly falling out of a first floor window to get the wedding party and all of the guests in a photo too! The speeches had everyone in stitches, with funny anecdotes and heartfelt moments aplenty. I love capturing these candid and spontaneous moments, as they truly reflect the spirit and joy of the day.

After the meal, we headed down to the shores of the lake for some evening photos. The golden light reflecting off the water created the most magical atmosphere. Becca and Gareth were so relaxed and natural in front of the camera, making my job as their photographer an absolute joy.

There were so many unforgettable moments throughout the day. From the first dance to the laughter-filled group shots, it was a whirlwind of love, laughter, and celebration. Being a Lake District Wedding Photographer allows me to witness these incredible moments, and I feel so lucky to be a part of it all.
