The New House Farm Wedding of Sarah and Ryan

I recently photographed Sarah and Ryan’s wedding at the stunning New House Farm in the Lorton Valley. This amazing barn wedding venue s located in the beautiful Northern Lake District. It was such a magical and joy-filled day, and I couldn’t wait to tell you all about it.

So, let me start by introducing you to the lovely couple, Sarah and Ryan. They are an amazing duo, full of love, laughter, and just the right amount of silliness. From the moment I met them, I could tell that their wedding day was going to be something truly special.

New House Farm is a rustic barn venue, nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of the Lake District. The charm and character of the venue perfectly reflected the couple’s relaxed and down-to-earth personalities. As the day unfolded, the atmosphere was just buzzing with fun, happiness and excitement as their loved ones gathered to celebrate their special day.

Being a Lake District Wedding Photographer, I was in absolute heaven with the stunning backdrop that New House Farm offers, especially as it is only a few miles down the road from my home in Cockermouth!. I just couldn’t resist capturing some relaxed wedding portraits of Sarah and Ryan amidst the extensive grounds with the Lake District fells making the most perfect backdrop.

The real beauty of the day came from the fun, candid and laugh out loud moments that unfolded naturally. There were so many belly laughs and a packed dance floor in the evening that made my job as a Cumbria Wedding Photographer an absolute blast.
